CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in from 2:00pm to 8.00pm. As a exception if the sites are available, we do acknowledge early check-in.
Check-out before 10:00am on departure date. Penalty of $10 per hour per person will be applied, and less than one hour will be counted as an hour.

A full payment is required for each booking . No booking is secured until the payment is made.
We don't do any refund after you make your reservation. However, we can do credit for you within the following 12 months from your initially booked arrival date, if you want to cancel 7 days before your arrival. No refund or credit will be given if you cancel only within 7 days before your arrival.
Guests who cancelled their bookings on the arrival date will have to make the full payment.
Before the place is provided, the guests must make the full payment.
When the guest books a camping site, the name of the guest and/or the credit card holder who reserves or makes the payment for the booking is liable for any damage caused in the property. This means the guest gives the authority to the owner or the management of the Bicheno Caravan Park to debit their credit card for any cost incurred in relation to any damage caused to the property.
